Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (domestic) — subject to availability and additional fees.
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days) and may be subject to customs clearance delays.

Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and chosen shipping method. Free shipping promotions may apply subject to terms shown on the Site.
Tracking
- After dispatch, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number and carrier details via email/SMS.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
- If tracking indicates a delivery issue, or items arrive damaged, contact support@touchvalley.com with your order number and photos of the damage (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
International Orders, Duties & Taxes
- For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees unless stated otherwise. Touch Valley is not responsible for customs delays or charges imposed by local authorities.
